These waist beads feature both white crackle agate and crystal quartz stone beads. White crackle agate is known for its healing benefits. Crystal quartz is known for its ability to avoid negative/evil energy.

Sizing: Using measuring tape, measure around your waist. You can place your waistbeads as high or as low as you want them along your torso and hip.
PLEASE NOTE: If the waistbeads are too snug, this creates tension on the string and may cause your strand to break over time. You want your beads to fit comfortably.
Waistbeads are not waist trainers. Keep in mind that you bend, bloat, and stretch throughout the day. If you would like a skin tight fit, I recommend stretchy waistbeads.
Care: Practice mindfulness when wearing your strands. Slow down and remember your beads. Waistbeads can snag and pop from excessive tugging. Even a rock will eventually be broken down by water droplets.
Tie- on beads can be worn everyday and in the shower. I would recommend removeable clasp users to not wear in the shower to preserve longevity of the finishing.

Each waistbead is made to order by hand with customization to specified selections, such as measurement, clasp and strand type, and charms if applicable.
Please advise that the estimated processing time is between 2-14 business days. Materials are sourced for quality and may take time to arrive before creation!
